Envent will establish a dedicated project manager who will collaborate with the client for the entire duration of the project.
The Project Manager, through the implementation of industry standard project management methodologies, will utilise Envents latest project collaboration software for task and resource management as well as issue tracking.
The systems will be deployed so that information will be completely transparent to the client allowing remote tracking, monitoring and input into the project.
