Placing an order with Envent

The following terms apply to all clients. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, please feel free to call us at any stage.

Please note, no work will commence without a written Purchase Order and deposit/payment.

Payment Terms

To commence design, production or development we require a 50% deposit with a written purchase order. All development schedules will be provided once these are received. Please ask for standard project development schedules as required.

The final 50% payment is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise determined. Envent can organise pre-dispatch inspections with the client at our premises as requested.

Finance Options

Long term Rental and Leasing arrangements can be organised through our partner financial institution. All applications are subjected to these institutions standard credit checks. Once the credit application has been approved the equipment will be scheduled for installation. Monthly payments are then payable to them according to the term, amount and period defined.

Freight

All kiosks are professionally and securely packaged to ensure no damage or accidents occur during transit. Shipping times can vary rfom state to state. Normally allow 2-3 days arrival time, depending on the circumstances.

Envent has established international freight forwarding procedures and can deliver worldwide to any destination.
