Envent Cloud, where deployed for Australian government or healthcare clients, is hosted in accordance with the data residency requirements agreed with that specific client. If you're a patient, visitor, shopper, or member of the public interacting with an Envent-built kiosk or wayfinding system at a hospital, shopping centre, or council facility, the venue operator (e.g. the hospital or council) is typically the one responsible for that location's privacy obligations to you. We build and maintain the technology under contract to them.
