How does Envent fit with our existing signage and systems?
Envent works alongside what you already have. Kiosks and mobile wayfinding pull from one map you control, so digital and physical signage stay in sync. We handle the integration during install so your team isn't left wiring it together.
Do we need to download an app to use it?
No. Visitors scan a QR code on any kiosk or poster and get turn-by-turn directions on their own phone, in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to update. Works the first time, every time.
Who updates the maps when a department or tenant moves?
You can, through Envent Cloud, our map management platform. Change a location, a name, or a route and it updates across every kiosk and phone instantly. Day-to-day updates are in your hands and take minutes. For bigger changes like a campus renovation or a new building, our team steps in to remap the structure.
Can the kiosks be designed to match our space?
