Terms of Service

Last Updated : 1st July, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Envent Australia website (envent.com.au), and any Envent Cloud login access granted to you. They're separate from, and don't replace, any signed service agreement, statement of work, or contract between Envent Australia Pty Ltd ("Envent," "we," "us," "our") and a client for the supply, installation, or ongoing operation of wayfinding kiosks, mobile wayfinding, or related hardware and software. Where a signed client agreement exists, its terms govern the delivered project. These Terms govern everything else: browsing the site, submitting a form, and using an Envent Cloud login.

By using our website or Envent Cloud, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or platform.

1. Who we are

Envent Australia Pty Ltd designs, builds, and supports digital wayfinding kiosks, mobile wayfinding tools, and the Envent Cloud content management platform, primarily for healthcare, retail, and government clients across Australia.

2. Using our website

You can browse envent.com.au freely. When you submit a form (enquiry, demo request, resource download, job application), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not use the form to send spam, malicious content, or unrelated solicitations
  • Not attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest data from the site beyond normal browsing

We may remove or block access for anyone who misuses the site, including automated scraping, attempted unauthorised access, or abusive form submissions.

3. Envent Cloud access

If Envent grants you a login to Envent Cloud (as a client, client staff member, or authorised partner), the following applies in addition to any client agreement:

  • Your login is for your use only. Don't share credentials.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your login.
  • You'll use Envent Cloud only for the purpose it was provided, managing kiosk maps, mobile wayfinding content, advertising, news, or surveys for your organisation's deployment.
  • Envent can suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, being misused, or being used outside the scope of the relevant client agreement.
  • Access to Envent Cloud can be revoked at the end of the relevant client engagement, in line with that agreement.
4. Intellectual property
4.1  Our IP

Everything on this website, and the underlying software, design, code, and content of Envent Cloud and Envent's kiosk platform, including the SENTINEL technology, is owned by Envent Australia Pty Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, patent, design registration, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our logo, brand marks, kiosk interface designs, and platform architecture.

You may view and use the website for your own personal or business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content, software, or platform without our written permission.

4.2 Information corrected automatically

If you submit content to us (for example, through a form, or content uploaded into Envent Cloud on behalf of a client organisation), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a licence to use it only for the purpose it was provided, responding to your enquiry, or operating the platform on your organisation's behalf.

4.3 Client-specific IP

Ownership of custom content, maps, branding, or deliverables created specifically for a client project is set out in that client's individual service agreement, not in these Terms.

5. AI features and pilot technology

Where our website or materials reference AI capability, including SENTINEL or AI avatar technology, these are described accurately as being at trial, pilot, or development stage unless a specific deployment is explicitly confirmed as live. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee that a specific AI feature is available for immediate deployment. Availability is confirmed directly with our team as part of a project scope.

6. No warranty on website information

We keep our website accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is." We don't guarantee that:

  • Information on the site is complete, current, or error-free at all times
  • The website will be available without interruption
  • The site is free of technical faults

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice. If you're making a procurement decision, confirm current specifications, pricing, and capability directly with our team.

This section doesn't apply to formally delivered client projects, which are covered by warranties set out in the relevant signed agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Envent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or Envent Cloud login access under these Terms (as distinct from a client service agreement, which has its own liability terms).
  • Our total liability arising from your use of the website or a Cloud login under these Terms, where liability can't be excluded, is limited to the resupply of the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Envent against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the website or Envent Cloud, including unauthorised access using your credentials, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

9. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, client case studies, or partner tools like Mailchimp). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, subject to that site's own terms.

10. Termination of access

We can suspend or terminate your access to the website or an Envent Cloud login, without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required for security reasons. For clients under a signed service agreement, termination of the underlying project relationship is governed by that agreement, not by this section.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or Envent Cloud after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
