A national rollout of custom digital wayfinding kiosks across 31 Stockland centres, designed and delivered end-to-end by Envent.

Compass 32" Indoor. Dual-sided freestanding kiosk. 32" display, PCAP touch, sound, handset intercom, illuminated header, magstripe card reader, thermal receipt printer.
Envent introduced the concept of digital wayfinding to Stockland Head Office in 2006. Stockland had no digital strategy in place for customer engagement at that scale. A year of evaluation followed, and Stockland came back to Envent as the chosen partner to design and deliver the solution nationally.
Stockland engaged Envent to design a custom software and hardware platform and roll it out across 31 shopping centres in Australia. Envent built the COMPASS, a bespoke dual-sided freestanding 32" directory kiosk with PCAP touch, handset intercom, sound, illuminated header, magstripe card reader, and thermal receipt printer.
Every unit was designed and manufactured to Envent's specification. The software was built and managed by Envent. The rollout covered the full national Stockland portfolio in a single coordinated deployment.
This remains one of the largest digital wayfinding rollouts in Australian retail history.
