Coface Australia needed a sophisticated building directory for their Sydney CBD corporate foyer — one that could serve staff, visitors and couriers, integrate with their online CMS and issue printed labels on the spot. Envent delivered a bespoke Blade kiosk modified to handle all three.

Coface's Sydney CBD foyer is a high-end corporate environment where the directory had to serve three distinct user types: staff, visitors and couriers.
Each has different needs at arrival. A standard off-the-shelf terminal couldn't handle courier label issuance or integrate with Coface's existing online CMS.
The hardware also had to match the design standard of the space.
Envent developed a bespoke Building Directory interface for Coface Australia's Sydney CBD corporate foyer.
The Blade kiosk enclosure was modified to incorporate a physical handset for voice calls and a label/sticker printer for courier label issuance directly at the terminal.
The system integrates with Coface's online CMS to retrieve and display live staff and facility data.
Custom branding and materials were applied to match the premium foyer environment.
The platform runs Envention Building Directory software throughout.
