Bunbury Forum came to Envent with no digital wayfinding strategy and no existing directory solution. Envent designed and installed a suite of dual-sided interactive wayfinders running Envention software with advertising and SMS content capabilities.

Bunbury Forum in Western Australia had no interactive digital directories and no existing digital strategy for helping centre visitors navigate.
Atlas Point needed a solution that could be designed and implemented cleanly into the centre environment without requiring an existing technical foundation.
Envent designed and installed a suite of interactive dual-sided wayfinders for Bunbury Forum, one of the earlier retail deployments in Envent's history.
The hardware platform, known internally as The Lantern, featured 32" portrait ELO screens with SAW touch technology, built-in speakers and amplifiers, hybrid card readers and rear-illuminated poster displays.
The dual-sided format gave each unit presence on two walkways simultaneously, doubling visibility in high-traffic areas. The system ran Envention Wayfinder with advertising and SMS content modules, establishing a full digital directory and media platform for the centre.
