Deloitte needed RTLS wayfinding delivered through a web-based mobile platform, letting staff navigate to desks, facilities, meeting rooms and events.
The original aim was browser-based indoor wayfinding launched from a URL. Chrome, Apple and Android don't yet provide adequate Bluetooth integration for web-based RTLS, so Envent developed two BLE RTLS applications (Android and Apple) integrating with the HP Meridian platform, achieving 1-2 metre accuracy and 1-2 second latency indoors. A complementary web solution delivered static indoor wayfinding, integrated with the Envent Cloud CMS for customisable content.
